Celebrated chef and restaurateur Josh Niland, having temporarily closed Saint Peter, has introduced a nightly dinner box, suitable for 4 people (or 2, with leftovers), that’s ready to eat at home in a few single steps. Cooked by the Saint Peter and Fish Butchery chefs, the pack changes daily, but might include swordfish schnitzels with charcoal tomatoes and anchovy and caper dressing, line-caught coral trout laksa, or Fish Butchery’s famous fish pie.
